Candidates will identify a variety of TV/film and theatre straight and character make-ups and develop skills in research which will enable them to design plans to create an overall concept for each make-up. They will develop skills in the use of a variety of make-up products and application techniques required to create a variety of character make-ups including fitting a bald cap, and how hair, wigs and facial hair contribute to achieving an overall character.
The evidence for this Outcome must be generated within a maximum of three hours for each make-up application.
