This unit is designed to provide candidates with the experience of working in a team to negotiate goals, roles and responsibilities, support co-operative working and present agreed project outcomes within the timescale prescribed by the team.

Individual team members should be able to identify and gather appropriate evidence, evaluate written information related to the task, contribute to formal meetings and group discussions, apply methodologies from selected areas of the award, track and record progress and produce a written report to a prescribed format with supporting, referenced documentation where appropriate.
