Promoting Language, Literacy and Numeracy in EECC
This Unit is designed to enable you to understand the importance of team working in care settings. These settings can be in social care, health care and/or child care. This Unit should allow you to better understand how teams work in general while allowing you to assess the effectiveness of your particular team. This Unit will encourage you to better understand the role you play in your team and evaluate your effectiveness and that of others.
